Welcome to the R&R Martial Arts private student training area.

This section has been created to support current licensed R&R Martial Arts students with safe home practice alongside regular class training.

Training videos are separated by section and level so students only access the videos suitable for their current stage of training.

Monthly Membership Benefit

Ongoing access to the Private Student Training Videos is included as an added benefit for monthly paying students.

This gives students extra support with warm-ups, stretching, grading combinations and home-practice guidance between classes.

PAYG students may receive temporary access when needed, for example during cancelled sessions or specific practice support, but ongoing access to the training hub is part of the monthly membership option.

Access is only available to students who are fully registered and have their current CMMA licence in place, as this links to insurance and safe participation.

New starters are welcome to order their licence when ready. Once the licence is in place, the correct password will be shared.

Passwords may be changed from time to time to help keep the training area secure and to make sure access is being used appropriately. If your password has expired, please request the updated password from Louise.

These videos are designed as home practice support only. They do not replace in-person coaching, correction, grading assessment or supervised class training.
