🥋 Parent Supervision & Family Training

 

For the safety and comfort of all our students:

• Children aged 5–11 (Primary School Age) must have a parent or guardian remain on the premises for the duration of the class.

• Parents are warmly encouraged to join in and train alongside their child — it’s a fantastic way to build confidence, fitness, and focus together.

• If you’re not taking part, please stay inside the hall or designated viewing area and be available if needed.

• Students aged 12+ (Secondary School Age) may be dropped off and collected at the instructor’s discretion.
